		<description>I know what you mean. I always make a point of saying thank you when people hold the elevator, and starting up conversations about the weather or the fact thats it&#039;s Friday. Most of the time people don&#039;t say anything or they avoid eye contact. If I can make someone smile then I&#039;ve done good that day.</description>
